Couples often get confused while planning their wedding as to where to begin and how to choose on technicalities. There are logistics too to attend to other than planning the menu and choosing the theme.

eventoloG is here to guide you and to take care of all of these concerns. We shall be able to help save you time and money and maintain sanity for you to be able to enjoy on your wedding day!

Absolutely! eventoloG shall be present beginning from right away in the morning, overseeing the set up for the day and ending only when the last details have been taken care of and until all the final details have been looked into carefully

We will be responsible for fielding vendor questions, coordinating your timeline, taking care of any final payments or contracts, troubleshooting any sudden changes and all other details too.

eventoloG focuses only on ‘your wedding’ in the allotted time.

We coordinate only one event per day.

We don’t have a generic list of suppliers that we hand out. We’ve taken a long time to establish many of our vendor relationships and their priceless IP, distinguishing our services from the rest.

While referring vendor to our clients, we at once get a sense of the job brief and budget. Hence suggesting them the vendor best suited to their needs. We do not take kick backs or commissions.

A wedding planner is someone you hire who is your advocate and represents your best interests.

Your wedding planner at the venue represents the venue and the venue’s best interest. Wedding Planners have minimum involvement in planning the event and are primarily concerned with the food and beverage components, checking delivery and movements of all vendors. They also look into hair and makeup artists, photographers, videographers and all others involved in the event.

A wedding coordinator’s job entails duties only on the wedding day.

The couple has otherwise taken all the responsibilities of planning the event but hands over a brief of the day to the coordinator. A wedding planner however is someone who has taken up all of the planning of the wedding in the lead but who may or may not be responsible for the successful execution of the event on the day itself.

If you would prefer a quick meet and greet to say hello in person and talk through about how we can help you,

our initial consultation is free. However if you prefer to discuss specific elements of your event, we can meet you for a consultation and these are charged at an hourly rate.

The largest event we have coordinated was actually a wedding event for 1000 guest.

Our medium sized events are usually around 600 guests and our smaller events are around 150 guests. We also have coordinated multiple wedding events consists of 1400 guests within same week for same clients for cultural weddings.

Many couples hire us purely for the peace of mind it brings. Not having to burden or rely on family and friends is a magical and liberating feeling! You can engage us at any stage of the planning process.

If you have already started planning your wedding and have hired your own vendors, we are happy to work with them. If you’d like a hand sourcing vendors we can assist with that as well. Or if you’d like to hire all your own suppliers and hire us just for on the day coordination, we have a range of plans to suit your needs.
